    We ship most orders out in 3-10 Business Days 
    But, we will contact you if there is any delay in shipping.
    Or if something is Out Of Stock to see if you would like
    to change your Order to something else instead.
    Because we offer so many different products etc.
    We do not have or keep all of our products on hand due
    to storage reasons so a few products are shipped directly from
    our suppliers and then shipped to you so please allow
    7-14 Business Days for you to receive your order.

    *Please Allow 7-21 Business Days to get your order!

    We ship using the United States Postal Service Priority Mail ~ (2-3 day)
    It usually takes 5-14 Bus.days to get your order and we use flat rate shipping
    charges starting at $9.00 ~ (For 0 - $39.99) Other Amounts listed Below ~ 
     
    *Small Orders Under $10.00 Please Email Me For Cheaper Shipping!
    For Orders That Total  $0 - $39.99 ~ $9.00 Shipping Charge
    For Orders That Total $40.00 - $74.99 ~ $12.00 Shipping Charge
    For Orders That Total $75.00- $99.99 ~ $14.00 Shipping Charge
    For Orders That Total $100.00 - $129.99 ~ $16.00 Shipping Charge
    For Orders That Total $130.00 - $149.99 ~ $18.00 Shipping Charge
    *Orders that are Over $150.00 will be billed the Total Shipping Amount.
     
     
    *We include Delivery and Tracking information on every order!
    You will be able to track your package at all times until you get it.
    We can not be held responsible for any package that is lost or stolen
    and was not insured.
    So please add insurance if you are worried about that to protect yourself.
    We can not control anything once it leaves here and is shipped to you.
     
     
    *Priority Mail does cost a little more but, you get your order faster!
    If you would like your order sent out a cheaper way please contact me.

    If you order is to large and does not fit in the flat rate boxes it
    will be shipped another way and any shipping amounts over these
    totals will be billed to you before your order is shipped out.

    Our Inventory can fluctuate alot throughout the day and night. 
    So an item may be in stock one moment
    and Out of Stock the next.
     
     If something is Out Of Stock we will call or email you 
     and present the following three options:
     
    1) Would you like to Exchange the product(s) for another product(s)
    of equal or lesser value. If we owe you back anything we will credit your Paypal.
     
    2) Ask if you would like your item(s) to be placed on Back-Order
         And have them shipped to you ASAP when they come in.
     (Most Out of Stock items are back in stock again within 1-3 weeks)
     
    3) Provide a 100% refund of the entire amount of the item(s) that 
        are Out of Stock. We will credit your Paypal Account.
    We Only Give Refunds If The Product(s) Are Out of Stock!
    We will also issue you a "10% off your next purchase" voucher code 
    due to the inconvenience the situation may have caused.

    We are very confident that you will be pleased with your order.
    We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason
    you are not satisfied, please contact us to see how we can help you.
     
    *You may return your items under the following conditions:
    1) You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and let us
         know what is wrong with the item. And then we will tell you where to send it.
    2) Your item must be returned in it's unused, original condition.
         And must not have been worn or have the appearance of being worn.
    3) You may exchange your item for items of equal or lesser value or you can
         receive a store credit to be used within 6 months from the date of purchase for
         the amount of the returned item. Shipping fees are not refundable!
        *We do not give credit back to your credit card. *Exchange or Store Credit Only!
    4) Send your item back to the address that we give you when you contact us.
         We recommend that you insure your package. We can not be responsible
          for mishandling or damages done by the United States Postal Service.

        The Item Number and the reason for the return.
